5 Lots Of Thanks

Number 5A short post with lots of thanks to:

1. Everyone who donated to MAD About Art on the back of the Powerful Writing 30 Words Or Less project. We raised £25/$50 from the project which I’ve sent on to them today. Thanks also to those of you who mentioned the charity on your own blogs – it’s a great way to help spread the word about this worthwhile cause.

2. Those of you who took part in the survey on the main focus of your writing. We’ve had 51 entries so far, and it’s not too late if you want to take part. I’ll be posting the results in the second half of next week.

3. All the contributions to the conversation on what a blog means to you. Lots of great definitions and descriptions of your blogging purpose. Again I’m planning a round up post with highlights some time next week

4. Those of you who commented on How To Plan A Month’s Worth Of Blog Posts In 30 Minutes Flat. I think at 21 comments (x2, with my replies) this is my most commented post so far… but it’s not easy to tell with Typepad (I know, I know, I hear you WordPress folk…)

5. Everyone in the Photography Less Ordinary group on Flickr, supported by Amy Palko from Lives Less Ordinary. I’ve been stretching & testing my own photography this week with encouragement and feedback from participants – thanks everyone for your support. If you’d like to view the results from the group so far have a look at this photo pool (for extra oomph try viewing with Piclens).

And thanks to all of you for reading, visiting, stumbling, bookmarking, tweeting, connecting and helping me to write, and smile, and create this week.
