Liz Strauss is running another great “25 words” project. The results for the last project were brilliant. I couldn’t take part before because I was away on holiday, but I couldn’t resist this one.
Here’s my contribution: it’s inspired by and dedicated to all of you.
Sometimes I forget
Have to stop and ask myself:
“Have we met?”
Knowing you so well
Through the power of your words
Like friends forever.
If you’d like to take part in the project here’s what you need to do:
1. Think about connections, connectedness, being linked together, synchronicity, serendipity, community, oneness.
2. Write a sentence about it.
3. Count the words you have written.
4. Edit the sentence until you have 25 words exactly. Notice how your idea changes as you edit and how your feelings change with each rewrite.
5. Add a picture if you can.
6. Post your 25 words on your blog by October 16th.
7. Link back to this post or leave a link to your post in the comments section.

Hi Joanna – Liz comes up with brilliant ideas all the time. I would love to borrow her brain for a day.
Your contribution is brilliant. And I know what you mean. I do feel as though I know folk through blogging that I’ve never met. We seem to learn so much about each other through the written word.
Joanna . . .
what’s a name,
but a friend I met in wee hours a thousand thoughts ago as I sat with my heart among your words.
Liz Strausss last blog post..Thanks to Week 154 SOBs
Hi Cath, yes she is and does. I’m smiling that she came here and read your lovely comment.
It’s the strangest thing how we get to know each other like this. I’m lucky to have met quite a few bloggers, but there are so many people that I feel I know so well, and often have to stop and pinch myself to remember whether or not we’ve met. It’s no wonder we find it so addictive!
Ah Liz, what a wonderful 25 word comment, thank you. You are the most poetic blogger – poetic in the big sense – that I know.
WoW, I should give Liz a credit, as it isn’t easy to write a 25 meaningful words here…
Keep it coming, Joanna
Wilson, Liz always has something to teach us.I’ll try myself to keep it coming too
