Barbara, I agree we always have a choice. As Maya Angelou put it, if you don’t like your situation, change it. If you can’t change it, change your attitude towards it. The second being possibly more audacious than the first!

Gennaro – I haven’t heard that before, but I like it. And how vivid and real it can appear. Learning how to call fear’s bluff is so important – and something I think we can help each to do… to grow, and thrive.

Davina, like you I remember a conversation – maybe on Twitter – about comfort zones and getting out of them. The answer was that you’ll inevitably come up against your fears – and need to look them in the eye and move past them. That’s the only way you can ‘arrive’ as you so neatly put it. Have a great weekend too.

Joely, the song is probably more thoughtful than audacious but I love the way it captures the choices we have… each and every day. And it really has been playing along with me this month.

Karen, you are a wonderful risk taker… partly because you’re not afraid to stumble and fall. I’m glad you’ve found your way to the next phase, whatever that means to you. Although we’ll move on to something else next month… audacity doesn’t stop! I’m certainly going to be taking this one with me for the rest of the year.
