Beautiful shots, very calming

Ireland came alive in the last week too, glistening in the sunlight, smiles as contagious as laughter. We put up with clouds for so long, it’s like a rebirth when the big yellow masseuse comes to visit.

@Emma – I know what you mean – when I was in Edinburgh the yearning to come west was so strong I eventually had to give in to it. It’s not just the sea for me, it’s something to do with the quality of light. It does get you doesn’t it?

@Brad, yes indeed. A good day in Scotland is the best day anywhere on earth (so we like to think anyway )

@Lori, glad you like the pictures. Don’t you have mountains to compensate though?

@Ulla, I know, it was quite a treat!

@Alina, when it’s like this it’s a big challenge to stay inside. Partly because we know it’s only going to last for a few days, so you have to make the most of it.
